“DO… LOVE… WALK”
We heard a familiar text yesterday in Micah 6 – “Do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with your God.”
Our eyes fall first on three words: Justice, kindness (or mercy) and humbly. But a closer look points to an emphasis on the verbs – Do, love, walk. And, it’s likely that the reverse order is necessary to get to “do.” That is, our life in the Kingdom begins with walking with God. Walking with God leads us to loving what God loves – kindness. Loving kindness will prompt us to do – to do justly and act with integrity and faithfulness to others in our community.

YOUTH GROUP IN MISSISSIPPI!
Our summer of mission continues this week with high school students at Cary Christian Center in Mississippi! They’ve gotten off to a great start, but one of the sponsors is not feeling well today. Let’s lift up Jason in prayer.
SENIOR LADIES BIBLE STUDY OUTING
This Thursday, July 16 the Senior Ladies Bible Study will be meeting at Nederlanders Grill at 11:30 a.m. for lunch. Afterwards we will be touring the Van Bruggen & Vande Vegte PC office, with dessert following at Lori Van’t Hof’s house 302 Juneau Ave SE, Orange City. If you plan to attend please call Joyce Van Gorp at 737-4601, so they know how many to plan on.
CLOTHE-A-CHILD DRIVE
The Clothe-A-Child drive continued yesterday. This is a drive which will help nine local elementary students within our school district be able to have new clothes for the 2015/2016 school year. You can stop in the office during office hours to sign-up during the week. All purchases will need to be brought to church by this Sunday, July 19.
MOM MONDAYS @ TRINITY
On Monday mornings July 27, Aug 3, 10, and 17 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. we will be offering a time for moms and women of Trinity to come enjoy coffee and fellowship. TUESDAYS @ TRINITY

DEEP CLEANING
Mark your calendars! We are planning to do a church-wide deep cleaning Aug 3-5 and Aug 10-12 with cleaning shifts from Noon-8:00 p.m. each day. It will be similar to the big clean we did before moving in the building. Be watching for sign-up opportunities in the coming weeks.
JAPANESE HANDBELL CHOIR CONCERT
On Monday, July 27 Trinity will be hosting the Japanese Handbell Choir. They will be giving a concert in the sanctuary from 7-8:30 p.m. A free-will offering for the choir will be received.
