K-2nd Grade-
This week we continue to look at wisdom. Specifically this week we look at the story of Jesus and Lazarus in Luke 16 The Rich Man and Lazarus. The kids will talk about what it looks like and means to make room for God in their life.

Proverbs 9:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.”

3rd-5th Grade – My Story, open my Ears
As we look at Samuel we can see and hear glimpses of our own story. How when we too say yes to Jesus we are asked to share in the ministry of caring and sharing with others. God calls each of us to help with the work of the Church. God wants us to let others know that we are all loved by God and we are all special to God.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
