Sunday’s Coming ~ Sept 4, 2016

We are discovering that Trinity is more than an Orange City church, with members and visitors from a 20-mile radius in Northwest Iowa.  We are honored to share Christ in our region and are praying for a move of God in each community.

That brings us to our Fall worship series: “Here’s the Church.”  Our worship through September 18 touches on the most basics of being part of God’s church wherever we find ourselves — whether we are not yet believers in Jesus, or have been following him a long time.

On August 24 we began the series in the book of 1 Peter and what it means that we have a precious new identity in Christ as Living Stones.  This week we return to the book of 1 Peter as we focus in on chapter 4 verses 7-11.

In light of Christ’s return, Peter sets out for us what we need to be about as a church with four direct commands.  We will examine the fourth command together and what it means to steward the gifts of grace that God has given each of us.
