Ladies, save the date for our upcoming January 16, 2016 event!

Come join us at Trinity on Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 9-4:00pm for a day of exploring God’s word about this kind of a community, and learning together about what it takes! The cost for this event is $10. A full lunch is included and registration deadline is January 10, 2016

Speaker Bio:

Nancy Schornack, LMHC, CDWF-C is an individual and couple therapist at Family Legacy Counseling in Johnston, IA.  She is also a Certified Facilitator and Consultant with The Daring Way™, a program based on the shame resiliency model developed by Dr. Brené Brown and her team. 

Nancy leads The Daring Way™ groups and weekend intensives for women, men, and couples.  She also co-facilitates at National Trainings with Dr. Brené Brown and her team, and provides consultation for other helping professionals who are completing their certification with The Daring Way™.

Nancy is a speaker and facilitator for professional trainings, retreats and seminars related to women, parenting, marriage, and spiritual growth, and serves on the Board of Directors for Quakerdale, a Christian not-for-profit organization joining with youth, families, and communities through opportunities of prevention, education, and support.  

Nancy’s greatest joy is being married to her husband, Kent, whom she just celebrated 30 years with, and being mom to her two grown sons.  Ben and his wife Jenna live in New York City where he works for a non-profit youth sports organization. Zack, who is a 2012 NWC graduate and engaged to be married next summer to Karlie, lives in St. Paul, MN where he works for TreeHouse Ministries, ministering to at youth risk.
