For the season of Lent we are walking through the Gospel of John and getting glimpses of God’s love in the story of Jesus. In passage after passage we see Jesus acting out of love to those he encounters whether they are a Jewish religious leader, a Samaritan outcast, and everyone in between. And we get the ultimate picture of love as Jesus lays down his life for the redemption of the whole world.
