This Advent, as we enter a season of waiting and expectation, we’ll be engaging the first two chapters of Mathew’s Gospel in a sermon series titled “Be Not Afraid.” These were the angel’s words to Joseph when he came and announced that Mary’s womb would cradle the Savior of the world (Matt. 1:20).
