This Sunday will be a big day. We’ll be worshiping in 3 services (8:30 / 9:50 / 11:10), we’ll welcome one of our India Mission partners, and we’ll have a mission and ministry fair that will help us connect better with God, each other, and God’s work in the world.
But more important than all of that is the questions I’ll be asking:
- Where does your story find you today?
- What does the next chapter look like?
We’ll be looking at these on two levels: our personal stories and our story as a church. And there is another story, one in Acts 17, that God is using in my journey to help frame the next chapter of Trinity. It’s about a backwater town on a forgotten road that had to feel like a detour to the Apostle Paul.
And yet, these six Bible verses from the little town of Berea, if we examine them, can tell us so much about our place in God’s story and how to live the next chapter. We’ll be amazed at the ripple effect from the waves that are made when God’s people live in God’s story.
