SUNDAY’S COMING
This Fall, our worship series is called “Jesus, Firm Foundation.” Building a life that endures requires a firm foundation. Jesus is building His Kingdom, forming a new community out of everyday people like you and me.
When the first followers began their journey with Jesus, he gathered them and spoke into their lives with a message we often call “The Sermon on the Mount.” He invited his followers to become so different from their world that others would see God in them.
And to this day, he still calls out to us. His Kingdom is vast and measureless, and we who follow after him are building with him.
To borrow a phrase from a home-improvement store, “Let’s build something together.”
This week, we will join the disciples on a mountainside in Galilee and begin to walk through Jesus’ kingdom-creating words. Joining me in the message this week are Michelle Christy and Jason Vore. We’ll learn a new song. And we’ll also get to interact with Jean-Jean and Kristie Mompremier, our mission partners in Haiti.

Annual Trinity Golf Outing – click HERE
The annual Trinity Golf outing is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 15, 5:00 p.m., at the Landsmeer Golf Course. The format will be a “best ball” varied scramble. Sign up as a single or couple and you will be assigned to a team. Sign-up deadline is Thursday, Sept. 11. Team assignments will be placed in Church Mailboxes on Sunday, Sept. 14.
